Typeface notes:
Kinesis is a unique and lively typeface family designed by Mark Jamra, and first released in 1997. In 2011 Jamra added Central and Eastern European characters to each font to match the Adobe Pro glyph set, and also created useful figures and symbols for the small caps. The truly kinetic design shows a sculptural quality that shines in display settings, while the letterforms follow a calligraphic structure that works for blocks of energetic text. Balancing unconventional forms and expressive lettering with legible text typeface characteristics, Kinesis offers a wide range of weights and a vigorous personality for book text and magazine ad copy, as well as larger formats such as bulletins, posters, and packaging.
